Enjoy a relaxing and simple living with all the basic necessities you'll need for your vacation. Having a laundry area in the unit .There is no Wifi in the unit. Wifi can be accessed on the 8th floor from 8am to 10pm, security personnel at the 8th floor can given you the password. The kitchen will enable you to cook your favorite meals anytime .There are restuarants bank/ATM/currency changer , travel agency, beauty salon , massage spa , internet cafe (gaming), coffee shops , Laundry mat and convenient store (open 24/7) on the ground floor .
Hello fellow travelers! I am hoping you have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. My managing agent , Manolito Ortega , will meet you on the check-in and check-out date of your stay .He will be responsible in orienting guests to the property , the unit and will issue the lease agreement and security deposit receipt upon receiving the security deposit in cash. Security deposit will be returned to guests upon check out and keys are are returned to him.
The property is close proximity to tourist attractions like Intramuros, Philippines Museum of Arts(free), Ocean Park, Rizal Park to name a few. International airport is 15 minutes away by taxi. Mall of Asia Is 5 minutes way by taxi (100 php) has everything you need from various selections of restaurants, movie theaters, bowling , ice skating, concerts, events, basketball games, groceries, department stores, Children rides by the bay area, Cyber zone(all electrictronic gadgets you can think of), Spas, Beauty salon , Home and garden supplies. Sea food lovers must try DAMPA , 5 minutes away from the property by taxi. New Casinos and golf course are few minutes away.
