Located just 1.1 miles from Bonifacio Global City, the condo has an outdoor swimming pool, a children’s playground, as well as a 24-hour front desk lobby. NAIA Airport is just 7.5 miles away while Greenbelt Mall in Makati is 3.6 miles away. The unit is a little more spacious than a standard hotel room for a cheaper price than booking a hotel. Basic appliances and furnitures are provided. Minimal cooking and eating utensils are also available. You can enjoy a kitchenette, dining area and living area separate from the room. The room is not too big but decent enough for two people. The bed design is on the floor with a double size (48 inches) mattress. The bedroom is air conditioned but the living area, dining area and kitchenette are not air conditioned and one fan is provided. We’ve considered cozy, comfortable and space saver furnitures. For some people, furnitures might seem small. Please set your expectations that most of the furnitures are catered to asian size. Basic toiletries such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer are provided. You will have a free access to the pool and we tried our best to provide the guest’s basic needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay :)

The building is along the busy highway which I think is a plus side since it’s easier to hail a cab or book a grab car or grab taxi. The building only has a 4 feet pool and a mini playground as amenities. There are two nearby food options which are Jollibee and Shakey’s in the Shell gasoline station beside the building. There is also a mini Shell Select convenience store in the gas station. There is no nearby laundry shop and no washing machine provided in the unit but there are several laundry service providers which you can book, just message me if you need to avail laundry services. There is limited parking space available in the building for 500 pesos for 24 hours but you need to send a message at least a week before if you wish to acquire a parking space. No guarantee is provided that we can find a parking space for the specific date that you need it. The condo location is near BGC, McKinley Hill, SM Aura, Market Market, Uptown Mall, Venice Mall and there are several food options for delivery from grab, food panda, and the like. You can pin Ridgewood Towers Premier along C5 to get to the condo. Same pin location to be used for food delivery.
