A spacious, bright apartment in the "BoHo" style is an ideal base for rest for the entire family of 4 after a day spent visiting the attractions of the Karkonosze Mountains. In the 46m2 apartment you will find a 2-person bed 160x200, a large wardrobe, a desk for remote work, a 2-person sofa with a sleeping function and a fully equipped kitchen - a dishwasher, a mini fridge with a freezer, an induction hob, an oven and a package of basic spices. Fiber optic Internet should ensure comfort when working remotely, and TV with a package of basic programs will fill the evenings during bad weather. You can also relax in the so-called "stork's nest". The bathroom has a washing machine and a hair dryer, and upon additional request, we can provide a feeding table for a small child, a portable travel cot, an ironing board and an iron. For those traveling with a pet, we will prepare an additional pet kit. Guests are provided with bed linen, towels and a basic cleaning package (garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets and toilet paper). Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a restored tenement house - just a 5-minute walk from the Town Hall Square, JCK (Jeleniogórskie Cultural Center), BWA (Artistic Exhibitions Office) or KCM (Karkonoskie Medical Center). There is a theater in the immediate vicinity. C.K. Norwida, Time Gates, the Karkonosze Museum, and a bus stop where city buses stop, from where you can get to, for example, Termy Cieplice (line number 6) and suburban buses, if the direction of the tour is Karpacz (line number 104) or Szklarska Poręba (line number 109). You can park your car on any neighboring street next to the tenement house. Parking is paid on weekdays from: 8:30-18:00. Alternatively, you can drive into the yard at the back of the house, where you can park under a tree if there is a space available. The spaces under the building are reserved for residents.
