The apartments are located in a new, guarded estate in a quiet neighborhood on the border of Ochota and Raków districts at Instalatorów Street in Warsaw. The estate gives a sense of security, thanks to a closed inner courtyard and monitoring. The apartments are located a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Szczęśliwicki Park full of outdoor attractions (lake, swimming pool, ski slope and roller coaster). The location combines tranquility with proximity to the local infrastructure for all daily needs. About 1.5 km from the apartments is the shopping center "Centrum Łopuszańska 22" with more than 100 stores, restaurants, service outlets and a supermarket.
