A comfortable and modern furnished two-room apartment located in an attractive location in Szczecin ( Stettin). The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, a large washbasin, and a washing machine. In addition, a large hanging cabinet is mounted under the sink, which allows you to store cosmetics. There is also a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, incl. a dishwasher, a large induction hob, an oven, an electric kettle, a microwave oven and a large fridge. The living room provides the opportunity to spend time pleasantly during the day and sleep comfortably after unfolding the sofa. Also, the apartment has a spacious balcony with a table and two chairs. The bedroom has two separate beds that can be joined into one large double bed. The apartment has two spacious wardrobes, one in the hall and the other in the bedroom. Wireless Internet is available throughout the premises. We provide clean linen and towels. Coffee and tea are also available. The property includes an individual parking space in the underground garage, free of charge.
The apartment is located in an attractive localization: only 1.4 km from the train station (Szczecin Główny), about 2 km from the city center (Brama Portowa), and 3 km from Wały Chrobrego. There are at least two "Żabki" on the estate - the closest one is about 200 m. Additionally, in the area, there is, among others, "Okienko Cafe" - 450 m, Calypso Fitness Center - 650 m, "Pizzeria Toni Pepperoni" - 850 m. Also in the vicinity, there are Lidl, Biedronka and the shopping center "Molo". The surroundings encourage walks, but it is also possible to use public transport. Tram line 1.9 stops nearby - from ul. Potulicka, trams 11 and 12 and buses 61, 62, 81, 83 from the side of Piastów Avenue.
