Owner works just next doors, no issue to pickup keys during working hours. I would recommend to invest in Key Box, was a bit difficult to leave apartment at departure. Apartment inside was super clean, huge (2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms + kitchen). I was in Polanica where temperatures outside reached 34°C, due to fact that apartment was at ground floor, it was super nice and chilly inside. I suppose that would not be benefit in winter :). Private Carpark with automatic gate in front of window. Town center, park, inter marche shopping center just few steps from apartment. Very nice place I recommend for stay in Polanica Zdrój.
