Apartment sits on Kępa Mieszczańska island on the Oder River in Wrocław. The island lies within the so-called Downtown - Lower Water Junction, surrounded by two arms of the Oder River: South Oder and North Oder. In the southern part of the island, some of the historic buildings along Prince Witold Street (the former garrison bakery, port warehouse and customs office buildings) have been restored and rebuilt for residential and service uses. A publicly accessible riverside boulevard has been built along part of the island's south shore.
