We invite you to an apartment in the heart of Świnoujście, located in the city center, next to the renovated alleys and promenades in a newly built building (2021). The apartments "Stawa Młyny" is located in the immediate vicinity of the spa park and the modern city center, where you will find the best restaurants, numerous shops and a shopping center. The distance to the beach is only 1500 meters. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette. For guests, there are dishes, tableware, kitchen utensils and modern household appliances: hob, toaster, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee and tea maker and an oven. The bathroom with a toilet in the apartment is equipped with a shower and a washing machine, for our guests we provide: towels (small and large).

Neighborhood info

The beach in Świnoujście is one of the widest beaches in Poland - in places its width is up to 130 meters and a length of about 10 km. In summer, the sea water is warmest here, compared to the rest of the Polish Baltic coast. The bathing site located on the island of Usedom has been awarded the "Blue Flag" every year since 2006 - it is an international certificate awarded to marinas and bathing sites that meet the highest criteria in terms of water quality and safety. Tourist attractions in Świnoujście: * Lighthouse: It is the highest lighthouse on the Polish coast. * Spa Park: it was established at the end of the 18th century * Forts: Świnoujście is the only sea fortress in Poland, with quite well-preserved fortifications. * Observation tower: The observation tower in Świnoujście is a remnant of the Protestant church. * Wolin National Park: There are hiking trails, nature paths, viewpoints, bicycle routes, as well as attractions such as the Nature Museum, Bison Show Farm, Turquoise Lake, V3 bunker (the only exhibition of secret German V3 weapons from the times of II World War I) and many more.
