In addition, the terrace equipped with garden furniture is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee prepared in the available coffee machine. Thanks to the fact that it is fenced, it is also a safe space for children to play. The dining table is a cohesive connection between the kitchenette and the living room, creating a space designed for dining and spending time with loved ones. Apartment is located in a new housing estate in Rumia. The location, far away from the city noise, allows you to relax and get away from the crowds of tourists. Thanks to the fact that the town is well communicated with the Tri-City (SKM station 2 km), you can conveniently visit Gdynia, Sopot or Gdańsk, while enjoying the charms of an apartment in a small, quiet town. An unquestionable advantage of the area is the possibility to take a walk surrounded by nature on Błonia Janowskie (200 m), where there is a playground. The beautiful Old Town Park with the Modry Młyn restaurant and the City Cultural Centre is 2 km away. In just 10 minutes by car you can reach the Aquapark Reda. This is an excellent option for family entertainment with a wide range of spa facilities and a unique slide under an aquarium with sharks. It takes about 20 minutes by car to reach the beach in Mechelinki, which features a cliff with a unique view of the Baltic Sea. Rumia also has a well-developed shopping and service infrastructure. A shopping centre with a Multikino and many shops is located 2.5 km away. Groceries can be supplied at Biedronka (550 m) or Lidl (1.1 km). The main train station in Rumia is 2.8 km away and the Airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car.
