A cosy apartment of 45 m², it can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower. The interior has been decorated with attention to detail, which provides a warm and homely atmosphere, while stylish accessories add elegance. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, ideal for relaxing after a long day.The kitchen is equipped with essential kitchen accessories, such as a fridge with freezer, microwave and induction hob, useful for daily meal preparation. An additional advantage is the washing machine available in the apartment, especially useful for longer stays. Guests will have at their disposal a stylishly furnished living room with a sofa bed and a TV. In addition, entertainment includes multimedia such as Smart TV and Wi-Fi access. A complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided for a good start to each arrival. Guests travelling with pets are welcome here - the apartment is pet-friendly.

The apartment is located in the city centre on Nawrot Street, thanks to which Guests have access to many attractions at their fingertips a 7-minute walk is enough to reach the Henryk Sienkiewicz Park, while in 11 minutes by car, you can admire the historic and, at the same time, the largest park in Łódź - the Park na Zdrowiu, which includes, among others, the country's largest botanical garden, a zoo and a funfair. An excellent attraction for guests travelling with children will be the children's theatre - Baśniowa Kawiarenka - located 1.8 km away. In the close vicinity there are many atmospheric places, elegant restaurants and cafes filled with the smell of coffee, such as the "Spółdzielnia" Restaurant (800 m), the "Piwnica Smaków" (1.2 km) - just 5 minutes by car and the Caffe in the SRÓDMIESCIE street (750 m).
