Free private garage !!! You’re cordially invited to my double room apartment “u Jacka”, located on the second floor (the building features an elevator) in the middle building of the “Bliżej Morza” complex in the resort district of Kołobrzeg. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette equipped with all appliances necessary for meal preparation, a comfortable living room table for four persons and a leisure spot featuring a foldable 140 cm by 200 cm corner, a TV, coffee table and furniture for your belongings. There is a large wardrobe at the apartment entrance meant for clothes with hangers, a place for a suitcase, a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and beach equipment. There is a 160 cm by 200 cm bed in the bedroom, a large wardrobe with a mirror and nightstands with lamps. Both rooms have an exit to a large balcony with a table and chairs. There are window curtains in all room windows. The bathroom features a toilet, w wash basin, shower, washing machine, a lit enlarging mirror for putting on makeup and an inside and outside temperature indicator. Common space is under surveillance. The sea is nearby within a five-minute walk.
Free garage. There are numerous sanatoriums nearby with a large treatment offers, restaurants, a (paid) tennis court, a children’s playground and an amphitheater within 300 meters. One of an undoubted advantage of the apartment is a private garage, along with a shared gym, shared bicycle storage and a shared large sunbathing terrace with deck chairs on the roof, all of those included in the price. Climate fee 6,20 PLN. / person / night payable at check-in The property charges a pet fee: PLN 15.00 / day, additional fee. It is forbidden to park vehicles with gas installations in the garage.
