This beautiful, spacious 95m2 flat is located on the 9th floor and has the capacity to accommodate up to 8 people - so is ideal for large families or groups of friends. There are 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. Each of the bedrooms has comfortable sleeping areas, as well as storage space for clothes. The flat is distinguished by its modern and luxurious décor and functionality. Thanks to the presence of a projector, guests can feel like they are in a cinema at any time. This is a great asset for families travelling with children, but not only. As the flat is suitable for remote working - it has comfortable and practical desks. The pleasant design and comprehensive equipment necessary for kitchen and bathroom accessories guarantee a comfortable stay. The flat also has two balconies with garden furniture. People with pets are also welcome. An additional fee applies.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the new, luxurious Avia housing estate in Krakow, in a green, recreational part of Czyżyny. The location is distinguished by a unique character - it is a place full of greenery. In this district there are Lasek Łęgowski and the 60-hectare Park of Polish Aviators, where you can walk and relax. The neighborhood is filled with commercial and service premises (e.x. Lidl 1km, Czyżyk cafe 240m, Avionetka Pasta & Burger restaurant 170m), Polish pubs and restaurants from all over the world. The abundance of greenery and relaxing recreational areas and the easy access to the city center allow guests to fully enjoy the charms of Krakow. The estate is also well connected - the most important monuments and places of Krakow can be reached directly (including the Old Town), and there are bus and tram stops nearby (Stella-Sawickiego, 10 minutes, Medweckiego 7 minutes, Os. Dywizjonu 303 12 minutes ). Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, designed to provide respite from the hustle and bustle of the city.
