Lovely staff, beautiful room, location is amazing as it is in the city centre, everything is new and clean, but still so comfortable and warm. We absolutely loved our say here and would recommend as a place to stay while in Krakow.

The hotel is situated in the perfect location from all the top attractions such as Krakow old town which is only 5mins away by walk. The staff are great and friendly and also helpful and most of all they know english 😁 The breakfast is great aswell. Their bar and restaurant are open 24/7 which is amazing, the only one in krakow actually and most of all the food is GREAT! The hotel is posh and Lux and full of tech. 100% will go there when visiting Krakow.

The location and quietness of area

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is truly perfect – just a 15-minute walk to Rynek Główny and right in the heart of Kazimierz, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish – quick, clear, and very helpful, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The place itself is very cozy and welcoming, with a warm atmosphere and big attention to detail. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków!

I recommend Regent Hotel as I was really satisfied. Its location is just perfect in the middle of the city, exactly what I was looking for. The Hotel Stuff assisted a lot upfront with a lot of questions we had ( I travelled with Family 11 people ) ..and they are dog friendly so I could brought my puppy with me. The price includes the breakfast which was also yummie.

Excellent location in one of the best neighborhoods of Kraków, close to many restaurants, shops and all the main attractions. Friendly staff, big and cozy room. The street is also really quiet at night so we could get a good sleep.
