The luxurious suite apartment has the surface of 120 meters can accommodate up to 8 people – perfect for group stays! All rooms have panoramic windows with unparalleled views of the surrounding skyscrapers, and the living room additionally has access to a private glass-enclosed balcony. To provide optimal temperature in every season and weather, the entire suite is air-conditioned. Multimedia include flat-screen SmartTV with cable channels, and free Wi-Fi. Guests with a car can park in two private spaces in the underground garage - paid PLN 75/day, reservations required. Additionally, guests with a long-term reservation (over a month) receive free access to a gym on the premises of Mennica Residence. This apartment belongs to the exclusive Renters Prestige selection. The apartment is located in the prestigious Mennica Residence building in Warsaw. The investment is located in the heart of Warsaw, just 1 km from the Palace of Culture and Science! The rapidly developing Wola district meets all everyday needs thanks to numerous shopping and dining outlets. There are restaurants and bars in the apartment building, and many other eateries in the vicinity. The location in the modern city center, full of the best restaurants, cafes and numerous shops and a shopping center provides access to various attractions and beautiful places on the map of Warsaw. The apartment is an excellent starting point for exploring Warsaw. The Warsaw Uprising Museum and the iconic Złote Tarasy shopping center are both within a 15-minute walk. The area also has excellent access to other districts of Warsaw: the nearest metro station, Rondo ONZ, is 650 m from the apartment, and there are many bus stops in the neighboring streets. Access to the Old Town by public transport takes only 15 minutes. An even faster and greener alternative is the city bike rental, which is located next to the Warsaw Uprising Museum.
