Optisch war alles in Ordnung. Die bungalows waren sehr schön anzugucken und gut zu finden. Es war sehr gemütlich in der Stube wenn der Kamin an war. Parken konnte man auch direkt vor der tür.

My name is Marzena and I have been living in Świnoujście for 11 years. Together with my husband and two children, a five-year-old son and an eight-year-old daughter, we live on the island of Karsibór, which belongs to Świnoujście. We love walking on the beach and exploring new places.

Property info

Our houses are located on the island Karsibór belonging to Świnoujście to the center we have a new tunnel connection, so you can be in the center of the city in 20 minutes and enjoy the 3 available beaches on the Baltic Sea. Karsibór is a charming island belonging to the 44 islands of Świnoujście, one of the greenest islands of Świnoujście. Our island has a beautiful promenade with access to the River Pig, trails and bike paths that provide great communication with the rest of the city. Restaurants with fresh fish :) and camping and barbecue areas and a kayak marina. Our houses are located on the island, which is accessed by a bridge overlooking the Swine River and the Piast Canal. The beach on the left bank where you have direct access from us is about 15 minutes by car. Our neighborhood is a natural island, peace and quiet are its assets. Around the island of Karsibór we have access to the beach at the Szczecin lagoon is about 5 km, or walks along flood embankments along the River Stream. Three of our cottages are located on a separate plot where the entrance is directly from ul. Vegetable, around there are a lot of cycling and walking trails leading to the beautiful wild corners of our island.

Neighborhood info

Karsibór Island is a district of Świnoujście which can be reached by a bridge over the Świna River, besieged by the waters of the Świna River, the Piastowski Canal and the Szczecin Lagoon. A promenade and a promenade with a view of the River and the backwaters of the Świna Delta run through the main street. We have 3 picnic areas where parents and children can spend a nice time grilling. We also have a canoe marina and two restaurants Rybaczówka and Marina, in the Marina you can also rent boats and take advantage of the Catamaran sailing offer. The island is home to about 250 species of Birds. Wild animals such as Deer and Boars visit us every day. Cranes and bald eagles fly overhead. Our houses are located in an area that will allow you to have great communication to the islands of Uznam and Wolin, where there are plenty of attractions.
