Remote working possible! 32-inch monitor ready for connection via USB-C, HDMI, DisplayPort. You are just viewing a beautiful apartment prepared especially for your arrival in the heart of the city, as it is only 900m from the Wroclaw Market Square. The 2 terraces/balconies will give you a beautiful view of the river and the city skyline and if you prefer on the patio on the other side of the building. The space of 72 meters will accommodate your whole family of up to 5 people. In addition, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with the living room and kitchen will give you the comfort you expect. Together with the open kitchen it creates a space of 29m. Also at your disposal is a 55 inch TV along with Satellite, Cable TV and Netflix app. Finished to a high standard, the apartment also has electric blinds. In the living room there is a folding leather corner sofa which will give you a sleeping space of about 140 cm. If Internet and remote working is important to you - we took care of that too. High-speed Internet (700/300 Mbit/s) and a 32 inch Monitor will provide you with comfortable remote work, while other members of your family or friends can explore the city. When you're done working, you can join them and enjoy the environment you dream of. Free private parking is available on site, if you need it, please let me know.
The flat is located in the centre of Wrocław. Close to the central market (<1km) and close to bus and tram stops from where you can get to all parts of Wrocław. In the neighbourhood there are plenty of shops and services such as restaurants, Żabka, Kaufland (grocery shops), Kik, numerous hairdressers, beauticians, launderette, obi. At a distance of 3 stations by tram is Magnolia Park Wrocław - a shopping mall.
