An atmospheric, quiet and functional studio in a tenement house, in the heart of Saska Kepa - one of the most beautiful districts of Warsaw. This is a perfect place for anyone who, after a busy day, wants to relax in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood full of trees, or relax on the banks of the Vistula or in one of the establishments on trendy Francuska Street. 
 Close to the Vistula River, the National Stadium and the city center. Here you will meet interesting people, hedgehogs, martens and squirrels, good architecture, diverse cuisine and beautiful greenery. For your use we give you a fully equipped studio (35 m2), high (290cm + atmospheric slants) with a mini-living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet. The corridor storage room has a dishwasher and a washing machine. We will provide you with linens, towels, high-speed Internet and good coffee and tea. The studio is also equipped with an air purifier/ionizer - so as to provide you with clean, healthy air:) The studio is in a very neat brick building, fenced, with intercom, spacious staircase. It is located on the 3rd floor, without an elevator.
 The windows overlook the enclosed courtyard, inside it is extremely quiet - you can sleep with the windows open. In the morning, sitting on the low and wide windowsills, with a mug of coffee (coffee maker and good coffee is waiting on site) in your hand, you can watch squirrels jumping between the trees. The entire apartment is at your disposal. It will be optimal for 2 people (it is possible to sleep in one bed, or in a bed and on a non-folding couch in the mini-living room). It is possible to book for 3 people, but remember that then 1 person sleeps on the couch (although it is not foldable, it is comfortable and quite wide).

Saska Kepa is considered the most beautiful district in Warsaw. The studio is located in the very heart of it. A short walk through the delightful neighborhood will take you to the banks of the Vistula River and Francuska Street (400 meters), where there are numerous cafes and restaurants. It is equally easy to get to Skaryszewski Park - the distance is about 600 meters. The studio is excellently located and connected to almost every place in Warsaw. Getting to the center is about 12 minutes by streetcar or 15 minutes by bus (bus stop right next to the building). You can easily find a parking space (there is no paid parking zone on SK yet), which is a rarity in Warsaw :) Nearby bus stop (20m) and rental of city bikes and scooters (400m). In close proximity a local bazaar, with a wide assortment (delicious, organic, country products!). The commute to the center takes about 15 minutes. Easy access to such places as Torwar, Ujazdowski Castle, Saviors Square, National Museum, Nowy Świat, Theater Square, Chopin Airport.
 Walking distance to Francuska Street - 5 minutes, , National Stadium - 12 minutes, Skaryszewski Park - 10 minutes, beach on the Vistula River - 20 minutes.
