The new, cozy and well-equipped apartment (38 m²) has a bedroom with a large and comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Free public parking is available on the property. Distance to the sea and sandy beach 1 km (15-20 minutes walk). To the Aquapark about 10-15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. Full infrastructure nearby (grocery store, pharmacy, bus stop, SKM station Sopot Kamienne Potok). Equipment and amenities of the apartment: -kitchen: induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans, tableware and cutlery; -living room: sofa bed, TV, free Wi-Fi; -bedroom: double bed, towels and a set of bed linen; - additionally: iron, washing machine; -bathroom: shower, toilet, hair dryer. I cordially invite you! Sopot is beautiful and full of attractions all year round :)
Good morning! My name is Dagmara and I am the owner of Sun and Sea Apartment Sopot. I fell in love with the Tri-City many years ago, and Sopot is my favorite city. For several years, this is where I spent every vacation, and then every opportunity for even a few days of "workation", i.e. a combination of remote work with a stay in a beautiful place. I dreamed of being able to live here and I was able to make this dream come true last year. This year I managed to realize another dream of buying an apartment, thanks to which I can infect guests with my passion and love for this place :) I will be very pleased to host you! I cordially invite you to visit Sopot both in the summer season and beyond! If you dream about a warm weather and basking in the sun on the beach - the summer months will be the perfect time to visit us. Lovers of quiet, empty beaches and long spring/ autumn/ winter walks are welcome off-season, peace and quiet - guaranteed :)
The apartment is located in the very center of the Tri-City: the smallest of the three cities, but the most charming of them: Sopot. There is only 1 km to the beach, about 15-20 minute distance by foot or a few minutes by car. A grocery store is 2 minutes from the apartment, as well as a pharmacy and a bus stop. By bus, you can reach both: the most famous Monte Cassino promenade and the Sopot Główny railway station in a few minutes. In the nearby area there is Aquapark, SPA in a nearby hotel, a pier in Gdynia Orłowo and a lot of possibilities offered by close contact with the entire Tri-City. Restaurants, cinemas, swimming pools are open all year round! There is no place for boredom ;) The building itself is located at the end of Kraszewskiego Street, right next to the forest. The view from the apartment: the backyard lawn and trees.
