The room layout consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, two bedrooms with double beds, an independent kitchen, and two bathrooms with shower cabins. The apartment is located on the top 8th floor of the building, providing a magnificent view of the Warsaw city center. The interior décor is bright and modern, with new furnishings and stylish personalized decorative touches, such floral wallpapers. Additionally, a wide range of amenities ensures that every stay is relaxing and trouble-free. The amenities include multimedia (free access to a Wi-Fi network and a flat-screen TVs with cable channels all rooms), as well as essential household appliances (fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a hair dryer, ironing facilities). Air conditioning helps provide a personalized and optimal temperature in any weather. For an easy beginning of every stay, complimentary cosmetics set, towels, and bed linen are provided.

The apartment is located in Marszałkowska Street in the very center of Warsaw. This location provides proximity to all major cultural, business and entertainment hotspots of the capital. No matter the reason for your visit to Warsaw - you will be close to everywhere! The neighborhood is a combination of original pre-war buildings with many interesting restaurants and cafes. It’s a heaven for food lovers - be it fans traditional or vegan cuisine - and ideal meeting spots for social and business activities. Daily needs can be easily taken of at the doorstep as there are service and catering venues on the ground floor of the building . Within a 10-minute walk you can reach the iconic landmarks of Warsaw: the Palace of Culture and Science and Złote Tarasy shopping center. If the busy atmosphere of city center becomes overwhelming, a relax in the nearby Ujazdowski Park is a perfect fix. Communication to other parts of Warsaw is also not a problem thanks to the proximity of public transit points, such as bus stops and the metro station "Centrum" just 650 meters from the building. The car drive from Chopin Airport takes about 25 minutes.
