I invite you to stay in my four generations house located in a very humble community. The property has been designed and decorated by me (The owner) with a luxury touch for my guests' enjoyment. The villa was renovated with a Mediterranean style touch in mind, and it is comfy, organic, relaxing, fresh and inviting. The property, although it is located in a very transited area, it has a garage ta park your car (1 car capacity), secure gates, and security cameras 24/7. Love the serenity of the house and it is great for those looking for a mini luxury and a romantic space surrounded by plants, candle slights, fresh air, and birds' sound. Looking to stay out of the tourist's area? This will be the right place to stay. It is a small town. People are friendly and town is at a walking distance from the house. Just lay comfortably and relax while having a glass of wine.
I want to welcome you to Le' Oasis Villa. You will absolutely immense yourself into a very comfy, organic and lovely villa. All the villa decoration has been selected with a very special touch thinking about you and what you deserve. I love to share with customers my remodeling milestones. At the age of 64, I decided to engage into this type of business. I designed the house renovation and did myself most of the work. All the special details have given a lovely and special touch to the villa. I am an interior designer. I also have a degree in Administration and Supervision and a degree in Arts of Education. Love to welcome guests with a glass of wine and give them a tour throughout the house and surrounding areas during the checking hosting time. Love to learn about the guests' culture and of course talk about mine. I live in San Juan, but not too far away from the house. Looking forward to meeting YOU🦋
The Le' Oasis Villa neighborhood is a very humble community and where the majority of the residents are seniors and retired teachers. This house used to belong to my grandparents, and it was passed on to three generations thereafter. This house was built in the late 60ths, and it was remodeled and updated with a minimalist touch and a Mediterranean style in 2023. The house is located in a very busy road; therefore, safety precautions have been taken to ensure the safety of our guests and will continue to be priority number one for us. Listening to sound of birds while having a glass of wine by the pool is a breathtaking! You will find local restaurants nearby and/or walking distance. Beaches are about 10 to 20 minutes away from the house. El Yunque, Rain Forest is about 25 miles from the house throughout route #31. You will enjoy this route as it takes you through the country site to El Yunque Rain Forest and to some of the beaches located on the east coast of the island. Come and enjoy what our culture has to offer but mainly, the hidden gem of the town of Juncos.
