Upscale living at an affordable price, Serena Baja is just steps from the best beach in San Juan. This 1-bedroom (Queen bed), 1-bath property also has a Queen-size Murphy bed in the living area and sleeps 4 easily and in comfort. The unit is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned. Serena Baja is a property of great charm that has a very central location in San Juan in a quiet residential neighborhood called Ocean Park. All houses in the area are only 1 or 2 stories high. The beach is just two minutes away on foot. To the East and West are the two major tourist hotel resort areas, Isla Verde and Condado, each about 5 minutes' driving time away. The street that the property is located on is closed at one end, so there is almost no traffic. A wall along the sidewalk further assures privacy, security and tranquility. Although you can find everything you need within walking distance, there is a bus stop very close to the unit which has buses that go all the way to Old San Juan, so a car-less vacation is definitely feasible. Instead of a substantial security deposit we charge a Deposit Waiver Fee, which appears as part of the Taxes and Charges.
