Welcome to our studios, located in one of the oldest and most historical neighborhoods in Lisbon - Alfama. This small yet thoughtfully designed minimalist studios invite you to experience the essence of this ancient neighborhood, where narrow cobblestone streets wind through centuries-old buildings, creating an ambiance that is both timeless and vibrant. The studios are located in the heart of Alfama, one of the oldest and most characteristic neighborhoods of Lisbon. Please note that access to the studios is via narrow and steep stairs. Narrow, cobbled street, strictly pedestrian access. The nearest road is about 190 meters away - Rua das Escolas Gerais. Please note that the route includes stairs. Alfama is a tourist area, known for its bustling activity throughout the day, so noise is to be expected. This area also hosts the annual festivities of the Popular Saints during the month of June. Please be aware that this is a period of extreme movement and noise in the streets! During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
