It is a place to relax and/or work, to feel like home. You can bring your your child and it pet. Arruda House is near to center and marine 5/10/25 minutes walking. Arruda House´s neighborhood has a grocery with local products, a pharmacy, hairdresser, body care, coffees, restaurants, centenary churches, and the island's oldest botanic garden (António Borges). Arruda house has all you need for your comfortable and absolutely private stay, and is equipped with a fast fiber net- wifi if you need to work! Is a Two story apartment, with two floors. Up there is a dining room connected to a fully equipped kitchen, for your cookings, and a visitors room. There are washing machine and a drier, 2 WC (1shower and 1 tub) one in each floor. In the second floor a bedroom (King size), a Wc (with a large tub) are connected to a living room, and open office space, directly connected into a small but cozy garden/ patio. Ponta Delgada is an interesting city in the middle of Atlantic Ocean with five centuries of history .You can walk or go bathing in the sea at the end of Avenida Marginal at Este( Pesqueiro e Forno da Cal). By car (unfortunately publics transports are few) you will find wonderfully trails, the atlantic waves, volcanic thermal baths and an exuberant nature at a glance! Even though the house is located in an important artery of the city, especially at night is quiet and on weekends. On-street and neighborhood Parking is free, and there is a public Park free 4 minutes walk in Rua José Bensaúde.

In the surroundings, there is a big and wonderful Romantic Botanic Garden of Sec. XIX. (Jardim António Borges), several renaissance churches and the museum Carlos Machado. After a day out discovering the island, climbing mountains, snorkeling, or bathing in the natural volcanic hot springs, all you need is to eat and relax near home, luckily, the neighborhood has several restaurants with traditional and international food. Ponta Delgada is a small city, however, the house is located in a central street, nevertheless, is quite calm at night time and weekends. In 10 minute walk from home, you are at the center and in the harbor restaurants and bars
