LisBeyond is run by five friends: Diogo & José from Portugal, and Max, Tom & Maud from The Netherlands. We started LisBeyond in 2018 as a property management company. Over the years we have developed close partnerships with a select group of local property owners. So far, we have already welcomed more than 10.000 guests to our apartments, rooms, and houses in Lisbon and Costa da Caparica. Our approach is simple: local, authentic and fun. We work mostly with local, Portuguese partners, with whom we have a personal and friendly relationship. We put a lot of emphasis on this personal connection with our partners because we aim to create an authentic network and provide the best experience for tourists in Lisbon.

This shared apartment is located on the first floor and there is an elevator to use. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each room has its own television and bathroom (Room 2's bathroom is located outside the room). The two double rooms have access to a balcony at the front of the building. There is fast WiFi throughout the whole property and the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine, and a dishwasher machine. This apartment is a unique, spacious, and perfectly located property in Lisbon! If you arrive after 21:00 (9 PM), please note there will be charged late check-in fee. » If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox (If applicable) at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply.

Saldanha is very centrally located within Lisbon, and there are a lot of great restaurants, shops, and cafe's in the area. It is a very popular area amongst locals as well. There are bike lanes to access the city easily by bike, and the metro stop Saldanha is just a 5-minute walk from the property. There is a lot to explore in this part of the city and you are near to everything! Go check out the beautiful Gulbenkian museum and park, or climb the hill of Park Eduardo VII, to have a stunning view over the city and river, and definitely eat out in one of the many restaurants that are surrounding the property.
