Our modern and fully equipped studio (36 m2) is located in one of the most popular areas of Coimbra, in front of the large Praça da República, which is surrounded by terraces, bars and restaurants. From there you can reach many nearby attractions such as Coimbra's oldest university, the Aqueduct, the Botanic Garden and the famous Baixa (the ancient city center) and the Mondego River in only 5-15 minutes walk. Our apartment is in the 7th floor and is accessible by elevator. It features large windows and lots of natural lighting, from which you can have a nice glimpse of the colorful buildings up the hill of Sé Nova district. Everything has been renovated for your own comfort and you can choose between 2 single beds or 1 king size bed. It has plenty of built-in closets, a fully equipped kitchenette (with utensils), a coffee machine, a big refrigerator, a microwave, a washing machine with cloth hanger, a dining & living area with flat screen TV and cable channels, small electrical fan and/or heater (for the summer/winter), a private bathroom with hairdryer, towels, sheets.

Praça da República with its bars, terraces and restaurants, is the meeting point of locals and students. You can reach many nearby attractions in only a few minutes, such as: - Coimbra's oldest University (10 minutes walk); - Aqueduct and ancient wall (5-10 minutes walk); - Botanic Garden (5 minutes walk); - Baixa (the ancient city center) or Mondego River (10-20 minutes walk), as well as different restaurants that we recommend you in our Information Book at your disposal at the apartment.
