everything. staff was so courteous. we were welcomed with drinks (port wine of course) and were whisked to the rooms efficiently. we received a complimentary upgrade to our room which was the nicest touch we have experienced ever (the upgrade was significant). breakfast was phenomenal and so was dinner. it is like a boutique hotel where you feel you know everyone. location is great. only caveat: no parking. you must walk a fairly good distance to the closest 24 hour parking.
