My Portugal Experience by OCvillas was founded in 2011 in Albufeira by two members. Both with professional experience in the hotel, tourism and travel industry, feeling the need to implement new ideas and invest in the area of hospitality, the well-known Local Accommodation. It was the passion for this project that drove its growth, new investments and improvements. Casa das Palmeiras is a very spacious villa located in a very quiet residential area, perfect for a relaxing holiday, and at the same time is close to all facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops that are just minutes away by foot. Casa das Palemiras has on the ground floor a large living room with a living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, a bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower. The fully equipped kitchen with access to the outdoor dining area with barbecue, as well as the pool area, surrounded by garden and trees. The first floor has a double en-suite, a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with bathtub and another room where you can relax and enjoy a good book. Outside by the pool there is even a covered space with a snooker table and ping pong table so you can have fun in the hottest hours. Casa das Palmeiras is equipped with a heated swimming pool that can be connected for a supplement of 70 per day (minimum cost per stay: 490). We also request a 72-hour pre-warning (time it takes to reach the set temperature). The famous Santa Eulália beach is just a few minutes' walk away. You do not need a car.
