The location is close to the national park and the town of Seia in a small village. Highly recommended and would love to visit again.

United KingdomCasa de Santa Ana da Beira is a historic house, typically Portuguese, that has been very sympathetically restored, turning ground floor rooms that used to store wine, potatoes and other produce into charming and spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. A good breakfast is in an airy, modern room overlooking the swimming pool. Hosts Paula and Joaquim are gracious and welcoming, and speak good English. We had a lovely night there.
