We enjoy close proximity to all of life’s necessities, so walking is the main mode of transportation here, making for a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. We are also close to Ria Formosa, a nature park filled with a variety of animal species, perfect for a hike or a bike ride. Algartur is a family-owned business, so our top priority is always caring for your family. This is the ideal place for everyone to have a perfect day at the beach, take a cool dip at the end of the day in this magnificent pool or simply have a restorative day of rest. This house has all of its living area on a single floor, with a very cozy living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The comfortable living room is located next to the house's terrace. This room has a sofa and a dining area where guests can read a book, sit, chat or enjoy a beautiful local meal in good company. This cozy room, with white tones on the walls and ceilings, invites the whole family to relax and socialize, as well as enjoy that well-deserved vacation time that they have been waiting for so long to arrive. Guests will be delighted with its comfortable sofa and seating, a large flat-screen TV equipped with cable channels, and doors to the balcony that invite in the cool sea breeze. The kitchen invites you to prepare a meal of fresh fish and seafood, caught locally, for the whole family. With the amenities one could wish for; dining service, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, coffee maker, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher to facilitate all cleaning. In the dining area, a rectangular table with a white top is the perfect place to sit and have a glass of wine while keeping the whole family company. The dining table is large enough to accommodate the whole family and overlooks the terrace and the pool, where you can open its large windows and let the sounds of birds enter. The main bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe as well as an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. The bathrooms have showers and sinks. The rooms are in white tones and with high quality sheets to guarantee a restful sleep. Each room has air conditioning and reading lamps on the bedside tables.

Located on the Algarve coast, Tavira is a slow-paced, quaint fishing town dating back to the 13th century. This villa is a perfect walkable location to experience the area. Tavira is a quiet and peaceful town full of customs and traditions. Take a stroll to sit down to a local seafood meal at a variety of nearby restaurants. Cafes, restaurants, and markets are all accessible on foot. In the center you can take the ferry to the Island and Tavira Beach - a beautiful white-sand beach on the Atlantic Coast. You'll be right next to the Ria Formosa National Park, known for its network of islands, marshes, and canals, and a popular place for visiting the resident flocks of flamingos.
