Apartment on the 2nd floor (with elevator) in a recently renovated building located on Rua da Misericórdia, heart of Chiado. Perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a pleasant stay in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions within walking distance. The apartment has two bedrooms, a suite with 1 double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds. Both with air conditioning. The apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower and bathtub. The large living room has a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a spacious and comfortable sofa-bed and a dining table for 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). *The apartment is located in a lively area with restaurants and bars, so noise can be expected, especially during weekend nights. Works in progress on the facade of the building, with no estimated completion date. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

The apartment is located in Chiado. It doesn't get any better than this. Plenty of restaurants (for all tastes), pubs, bars, galleries, stores, museums are within walking distance. You can also walk to Principe Real, not without admiring a nice view over the city from Miradouro São Pedro de Alcântara. If you are in a party mood, Bairro Alto is very close.
