Sónia is the Operations Manager at Cool Villas, a private holiday rental company in the Algarve. Mother of 1 beautiful girl and 2 cats, loves travelling, reading, music, food and having a good laugh. He also teaches fitness, Pilates and Yoga.

Property information

The villa has a remarkable modern architecture and was designed to accommodate a large family (8+4). The interiors are spacious and bright, overlooking the pool and river Arade. It has a large living/dining room with a sofa around a hanging fireplace. An exotic dining table is located near the fully equipped kitchen. The living room and kitchen open onto the magnificent terrace, equipped with a built-in charcoal barbecue, dining area, sun loungers, swimming pool and garden. with cozy gazebo. The heated pool service has an extra cost. The Villa has 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two single beds. Two bedrooms on the first floor with bathrooms and two bedrooms on the ground floor that share a bathroom. There is another shared bathroom near the kitchen. For an extra charge, the Villa has 2 more double bedrooms in the basement area with a shared bathroom. In the basement you will also find the games room, laundry and garage. The 4 main bedrooms have a flat-screen TV and the living room has access to free Wi-Fi.

Located on top of a hill, it is close to the center of Ferragudo village, with the river running by, bars, restaurants and a quaint feeling.
