Mojo Concierge Properties, our company was born out of an old and deep love of Portugal where I lived 20 years ago, after going back and forth between America, the Middle East, and Portugal, I finally decided to settle down in my favorite city on earth, Lisboa, and while I was renting out my own apartment, our company is was born. We have a lot of experience managing investment properties internationally and locally and so most of the apartments are boutique hotel level - if not better ;) our company also assists investors in purchasing properties in Portugal (MCPP Investments). The apartment is very homely, and it was thought to detail so that you feel at your home away from home! This lovely and comfortable apartment is situated in one of the prettiest parts of Lisbon, Janelas Verdes, The apartment has one comfortable bedroom, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer, wifi, and complete kitchen utensils. It’s near many adorable cafes, restaurants, gardens, and great nightlife. The trams and the train to the beaches for day trips are a very short walk away, as is the ferry across the river. The museum of Ancient Art is across the street!

The atmosphere of this part of the city is quiet and calm, near museums, but it’s just by excellent nightlife! This neighborhood has an old-world charm and is a particular part of Lisbon’s historic center. It is quiet and pretty, with many adorable cafes, excellent restaurants, parks, and river views. It is also very close to the train station and walking distance to most of the exciting locations of Lisbon.
