The villa was designed by acclaimed local architect Mario Martins and combines sustainable architecture with advanced technology in a stunning oceanside location. The high ceilings and panoramic windows give a feeling of light, space, and relaxation. Each room has been specially designed and decorated with comfort in mind, with heated floors, air-conditioning, and tempered glass windows. The walls of the villa are adorned with artworks by the renowned Spanish artist Luis Bujalance. (His works are also on display in the neighbouring villa (LUX MARE II) and the two villas contain the largest private collection of works by this artist.)
