Very cozy and comfortable apartment with elevator (elevators temporarily out of order) and a free parking garage! The apartment is located in a main avenue of a residential neighborhood in Lisbon, but still very quiet and safe. It's very well located, just 500 meters away from the Olaias subway station and 400 meters aways from a supermarket and shopping center. The apartment is only a 10 minute subway ride from the airport and just 20 minutes away from the city center and all the historical neighborhoods and landmarks of Lisbon! Apartment located in a 2nd floor, with elevator and a very convenient (and completely free!) parking garage. It's absolutely perfect for couples or small families looking for some nice days in Lisbon in a very quiet area but with easy access to supermarkets and all the main public transportation, including the subway (only 500 meters away!) The apartment itself has about 60 square meters, featuring one bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa-bed and a small balcony. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

The apartment is located in Olaias, a residential neighborhood in the west side of Lisbon, very well-connected to everywhere else in the city. Here you can find one one the most beautiful subway stations in the World - Olaias - and it's just 500 meters away from the apartment! The shopping center Olaias Plaza and a supermarket are on the way, just 3/4 minutes walking distance. In Olaias you can find cafés, restaurants and student hotspots - mainly because the University "Instituto Superior Técnico" is not too distant. This place could be ideal for you - make sure you don't miss it!
