United States of AmericaOur stay was very comfortable. Room was very comfortable and spacious, and room maintenance was excellent. Hotel is located in an excellent area, 30-40 min from city center on foot, but there is a metro station 3 min away.

United States of AmericaI liked the fact that I was late... not my fault it was a delay with my flight. Staff constantly kept in touch with me to make sure I still was coming and they still sent a ride to pick me up... Sarah was amazing she helped us to reschedule a lot of stuff suggested a restaurant... helped us get a cab... she was amazing a true God send we hate we didn't get to see her and thank her for everything. The breakfast crew I can't remember her name but she was the shortest one there she remembered I needed some ice cause I love water they always made sure my needs were met I will return and recommend it to others. United States of AmericaThe staff is professional, pleasant, and patient. I didn’t have to worry at all about anything - I felt safe and at ease at all times. The room was clean and well appointed - I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Loved the Juliette balconies, tilting window-doors, and automatic window blackout shutters. The housekeeping staff respected my privacy and made sure I had restful sleep by working quietly on the floor in the morning. I had a 5-star hotel stay on Avenida Liberdade the week before - and this hotel outshined it easily.
