Top Floor Apartment in Funchal Centre With Two Balconies And Nice Views. The apartment is well equipped and the decoration is lovely. It has recently been restored with AC. Digital Nomad Friendly Apt. (desk + office chair + fast internet). Sleeps 6. 3 bedroom apartment with 2 balconies with a glimpse of the sea. Car park is done in the street in paid metres. The apartment has free WiFi internet connection. Arrivals and departures depending on other bookings can be flexible. Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms, one with a queen double bed and the other is very large with 2 single beds, and a sofa double bed. With a window opening onto the balcony with a view over the rooftops, the mountains, the church and a glimpse of the sea. Large wardrobes. Bathroom 1- En-suite. Bathroom 2- with enclosure shower and toilet. Bath towels and beach towels provided. Toilet paper and liquid soap provided. Hairdryer supplied. Kitchen: With a breakfast bar opening to the living/dining room. Newly renovated and fully equipped with stove, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, iron and board and all the cutlery, etc.
I was born in Madeira Islands and work in tourism for 6 years now. It is a pleasure to welcome guests to my apartment and beautiful Madeira Island.
The apartment is very central, the location is perfect. The apartment is walking distance of all main attractions in Funchal, it has a supermermaket open till 10pm just 5 minutes walking. Very quiet although the apartment is in Funchal Centre. Situated in the heart centre of Funchal, just behind the La Vie Shopping Centre including a 24/7 pharmacy. 10 minutes flat walking distance to the Cathedral, Santa Catarina Park and Municipal Garden, the Golden Gate Café, Ritz Café and Theatre Café or the Marina where most buses stop. 20 minutes pleasant walk from Barreirinha Beach Complex that is located near the Old Town and Lavradores Market. Other resorts as Clube de Turismo, Ponta Gorda Beach are 30 min walk away. Here you can access the sea, they have sun loungers, changing rooms and the water is crystal clear. Other Madeira beaches are all pebble, with the exception of a few which have black sand and a couple with golden sand (Calheta and Machico Beach) which you can access by car in 30 minutes. Funchal airport is about 24Km from the apartment. Travel time by car is approximately 20-25 minutes. It is not essential to hire a car as buses are frequent and cheap.
