A spacious, comfortable and super convenient place to stay right in the middle of the city. You'll be just in front of São Bento station and a few steps away from Torre Clérigos and Livraria Lello - the place that inspired Harry Potter's library. Also surrounded by beautiful gardens (Parque das Virtudes, Jardim da Cordoaria and Jardim do Carregal) and numerous high quality restaurants and stores. Renovated apartment located on the third floor of a building without an elevator. The apartment has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and balcony and one with two single beds. An air conditioning unit located in the access corridor to the rooms, allows to easily refresh the spaces. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower and the other with shower only. The living room features modern decor, plenty of sunlight and has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, a dining table and Air Conditioning. It also has two balconies, overlooking the São Bento station. The kitchen is equipped refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee maker (coffee not included). During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

The area where the apartment is located is surrounded by must-see tourist attractions such as the Clérigos Tower, Lello Bookstore, Majestic Café, Universidade do Porto and the famous Bolhão Market. As there are several public transportation close by (buses, metro and trains), it is easy to reach all the sights of the city. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars around the streets, including the famous Hard Rock Cafe. Construction work is going on in the surroundings of the building with no timetable for completion.
