Beach lovers will be happy to know there are sandy shores just 3 km away, where you can laze the hours away or enjoy a choice of watersports and activities. The vibrant Vilamoura marina is 15 minutes by car and offers a variety of boutique designer shops, waterfront restaurants, lively bars and bustling nightlife. The more traditional Quarteira Promanade is a 10 minute stroll along the waterfront from the marina, where you can find authentic Portuguese cuisine and culture, by way of daily fish markets and weekly gypsy markets.
