About the Property: We are located in the Hoffmeister wing of Grand duke Vladimir’s Palace, in the yard of the house on 27, Millionnaya street. After stepping through the doors you will litterally feel the magical atmosphere of the ancient house. Everything is authentic here, from the brick walls to the granite. Even the nails, that were found here during restoration. Everything is made with love and great attention to details. Furthermore all conviniences are well kept, which will make your arrival as comfortable as possible. For me, the owner, there isn’t such a thing as minorities, each little detail is thought through and the process goes on and on. I’m constantly in contact with my Guests, as a resident and a local historian of the City, I’ll be happy to offer the best experiences, the most original of what exists here. The best response I can get is getting told that my Guests feel at home or as if they are visiting an old friend, that they haven’t seen in a while. About the Location: This isn’t just the Center, this is Epicenter of the Northern Capital! As the French say: - Coupe de Coeur! In arm’s distance is the Palace square and the Hermitage, Kazan Cathedral and the Savior-on-Blood temple, Isaac Cathedral and the Admiralty. Also close by is «The Arrow» of the Vasilievsky Island and the Rostral Columns and the fortress of Peter and Paul – the first fundamental building in Saint-Petersburg. Take a walk along the shore of the Great Neva river. Take a ride on the rivers and the channels on a tourist boat. The pier is minute away from the embankment of Moika river. Admire the view of the separating bridges from the water, it’s one of the best experiences you could have in Saint-Petersburg! If after your long trip you feel tired, stop at the Summer Garden, take a breather. And, of course… The Engineer’s Castle, and the Mariinsky theatre, and… Lots lots more!
