The rivers Almaån and Laxbro offer excellent fishing opportunities and the area invites you for nice walks. Make great trips to flea markets and cities like Hässleholm and Kristianstad. Tykarpsgrottan, seven kilometers southeast of Hässleholm, is a huge labyrinth 10-12 meters underground where local farmers have mined limestone for centuries. In the 12th century, several churches in Skåne were built from the carved limestone of Tykarpsgrottan. Today Tykarpsgrottan is a tourist attraction with guided tours through parts of the cave. Do not forget warm clothes!
