Welcome to our charming basement apartment! It’s perfect for both short and long stays, with a fully equipped kitchen and a private laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment is centrally located, providing easy access to Chalmers, Sahlgrenska, and AstraZeneca. Additionally, Safjällets Nature Reserve is nearby, making it ideal for relaxing walks. The apartment is 90 square meters in size and has two bedrooms, a large living room, and several amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The first bedroom has a 180 cm wide double bed that can be split into two separate beds. The second bedroom has a single bed and a desk, making it ideal for work or study. The living room is furnished with two three-seater sofas, a large bed, a dining table, and a TV. It’s a perfect space to relax or spend time with friends and family. We offer free broadband/Wi-Fi and underfloor heating for added comfort. As hosts, we live above the apartment and strive to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.
