300 metres from Varberg’s seafront, this modernised hotel with a stylish Cuban theme offers a roof-top terrace and free WiFi. Hotell Havanna also has a cigar saloon and bar serving a variety of rums. Each bright and spacious room at Hotell Havanna comes with Cuban artwork, a private bathroom and a fridge. Some rooms have sea views, while all have a flat-screen TV. A breakfast buffet and à la carte dinner are served in the restaurant, featuring traditional Swedish food. Guests can relax in the bar or on the terrace, or stroll into Varberg’s centre with its many cafés, restaurants and shops. Bikes can be rented on site to explore the coastal routes and local beaches. Guests can also book entry to the on-site, indoor pool for an additional charge. Gothenburg is within an hour’s drive of the town, while Helsingborg and ferries to Denmark are 1.5 hours’ drive to the south.
