The apartment is on the 4th floor in a beautiful building from 1880 situated in the heart of the trendy area called SoFo at Södermalm. It is a large, light, airy and very stylish 2 room apartment with all the rooms facing a wonderful park giving you a nice view to look at and great privacy. The apartment can easily and very comfortably host 2 guests. The area is one of the popular places in Stockholm with a great variaty of restaurants, bars, cafees and shops. The apartment is newly renovated and is painted in white and is furnished in a artistic style. The celings are high and windows large and the bedrooms have a double bed and window curtains. You have a nice living room with a lot of space. You will have full access to whole appartment. I work and live nearby and I will be happy to assist you with any questions or come by if you need any help. In the area you have great food markets, best restaurants in all Stockholm and most of the shops you would want to visit. The number of cafés are countless, but some of the best ones are next to the apartment. There are several busses and subway within walking distances meaning no more than 1 -5 minutes. If you take the subway it is only 7 min to Old Town, 10 min to Centralstation or you you can take the ferry boats over to the beautiful Royal Djurgården which used to be the king and queens hunting ground. If you like to biking there is also city bikes where you can buy a day-pass. The apartment is on 1st floor and the building has no elevator. If you would like to book the garage parking (only one) you need to eserv it when you make the booking. If it is available there is an extra cost of 200kr per night.
