Singapore is a tropical country and ants and lizards are very common. Especially for landed properties which are very close to nature, it is unavoidable. If you are very peculiar, this house may not be for you. Please contact me once you landed in Singapore. If there is any delay in the flight, please notify me before you take off. Get connected to free airport wifi and text me when you touched down safely! Check-in: There might be more than 1 check-in at the same period of the day, so please be punctual when check-in time is fixed for you. Notify me at least 1 hour in advance if you are unable to make it. If you need a later checkout time, notify when you check-in, to check the availability. I will not wait for more than 1 hour in the house. If you missed the time, please wait for me to finish checking in for the next group. I appreciate your understanding. Check out:  Please drop me a text half an hour in advance, so that I can arrange cleaners to do the cleaning for the apartment.
