非常不错的住宿体验！特别赞！ 1）首赞必须是酒店人员的服务超级好！那天我早晨六点多到了，打电话给工作人员，Mary很快就帮助我联系ambassador（chinatown的没有问名字，但必须赞一个！）他帮我存放了行李后，看我这么早到怕我没地方去也玩不了还帮我找到24小时麦当劳，还用他的摩托载我送我到这里～于是我沿着河边一直漫步游览了新加坡的清晨风光，非常美好的旅程（小哥哥人太好了！给予了超过自己工作范畴内的帮助！很感动） 2）因为个人的特殊原因需要更换到酒店的其它住所，Mary也很快帮助做了调整，工作效率很高 3）在city hall的酒店入住期间，工作人员Shannen&Jarwin也给予了我非常多的帮助！有任何需要在WhatsApp里面响应特别快，行李本来只能存到下午六点，但因为我还在植物园玩来不急赶回去，他们帮助我放到晚上九点多还帮我拿下来～ 4）酒店设施和装修很好，很复古一个人住了一个loft，卫生干净舒适～床很好睡，洗浴用品也很有质感，还有厨房洗衣机，很适合一家人出游哦～很喜欢入住前的那个电梯很复古

Featuring a double glazed door entrance to block out the street noise, Heritage Collection on Chinatown - A Digital Hotel is just a 2-minute walk to Chinatown Heritage Centre and Sri Mariamman Temple and a 5-minute walk to Chinatown MRT Station. Our rooms comes are fully air-conditioned and with modern fittings. Room amenities include a flat Smart TV, and a safety deposit box. The rooms have seating areas and a kitchenette with a portable multipurpose cooker, microwave and an electric kettle. En suite bathrooms feature a standing shower facility. Staff can assist you in English. Plenty of dining options and entertainment, as well as Telok Ayer MRT are within a 10-minute radius from the property. Modern and easily accessible, the property is a 5 minute walk from the nearest MRT Station. Heritage Collection on South Bridge is centrally located and near famous places of interest such as Marina Bay Sands and Sri Mariamman Temple! A large variety of food and beverage outlets can be found around the area. Changi Airport is 20km away. Each air-conditioned studio apartment features an ensuite bathroom, flat-screen Apple TV, safe and kitchenette with a portable induction cooker, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. Full payment is required within 24 hours upon booking. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to present the credit card used to make the reservation, upon arrival. The property reserves the right to request for full payment or cancel the booking, should the guest fail to do so. The property is located in a building with no elevator. From 28 February 2022, Heritage Collection on Chinatown will be activating its mobile self check-in process! Here are some important information to note before you book: -All staying guests must have a valid credit/debit card to be issued a mobile key. -A valid passport is required to complete your pre-arrival registration form and for verification upon check-in. -Complete check in process will be shared via email upon completing your booking. The property only accepts Passport ID as a valid identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This is a non-smoking premise. A fine of SGD1000 will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking. The Management reserves the right to forfeit the full deposit and impose eviction and/or charge on the credit/debit card provided. The payable total price may be increased by 1% due to the GST increase in 2024.
