Guest must inform property the total number of occupants including children and children’s age prior to arrival under Special Requests. Reservations will be rejected should the number of occupants arriving at the property not tally with the reservation form. All stays at this property are subject to Treetops Terms and Conditions of Stay. Guests will receive a copy at check-in. Please inform the property of your check-in time and flight details at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Payment has to be made before arrival via online payment link. The property will contact you to provide instructions. Reservation will be cancelled if payment is not received by the stipulated date.
