The house is 300m2 large and accommodates 12 people, making it perfect for families or groups of friends who want to spend the most beautiful moments together. The size of the entire property, which is 2 hectares, ensures peace and enjoyment in untouched nature. The house is built in the traditional style of Lower Styria using natural building materials, providing a lot of comfort. The lower floor offers a spacious room for socializing and dining with a bread oven, two separate toilet facilities, a smaller room that can also serve as a workspace, and a large, professionally equipped kitchen suitable for everyday use (large work surfaces, two separate sinks, 2 refrigerators, freezer, dishwasher, and other kitchen equipment, which can be described as complete). On the upper floor, there are 4 spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. Each room has a large double bed ("king size") and a standard single bed. All rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs... The entire house is covered by a fast and high-quality WiFi signal. You can step out of the house onto the terrace under the vine, where there is also a gas grill available. Starting from May, a new attractive pool, measuring 3.5m x 7.5m, with a view of Mount Donačka and the beautiful nature, will be at your disposal.
