Modern, new and spacious apartment house with 4 bedrooms located in beautiful small village Pavčina Lehota that lies at the foot of Low Tatras, right in Demänovská Valley. Perfect place for relax in nature or even sport activities in nearby ski resort Jasná. Every apartment is equipped with a private bathroom with shower , a lounge area with a TV set with local channels and a work table. Kitchen is equipped with a fridge, kettle and microwave. There is no stove. We use feather duvets!

Pavčina Lehota is a village located in the heart of Liptov, directly in Demänovská Valley, only 4 minutes by car away from lift station in Jasná, Chopok /5km/ or it is only 5 minutes by car to Liptovský Mikuláš /5km/. Therefore the village offers a lot of activities both in the summer for example hiking in the Low Tatras, bobsleight directly above the village (you can see it from apartments window), or visiting the world-famous caves of Demänovská Valley /3km/ as well as in winter, when the main attraction is ski resort Jasná Low Tatras, but there is ski resort Žiarce in the village itself, where you can go skiing. If you would like to pay a visit to all year round thermal aquapark Tatralandia, there is direct bus service that runs to Liptovský Mikuláš. Pavčina Lehota is small village with something around 300 inhabitants, so it is located in really peaceful mouintain environment. Luxurious hotel Tri studničky is 10 minutes walk away from house, where they serve excellent food. In the village there is grocery store and very nice local tavern. Parking is available on the spacious estate next to house itself and it is free for our guests.
