Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in.
Please note that prepayment will be settled via credit card. For security purposes, the property may request that the guest completes a credit card authorization form and provide a photo copy of their passport, all of which must have a signature. The property will contact the guest directly with further information.
Please note that for all Suite category bookings staying over the night of 31st December 2023, compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner charges of THB 18,500++ per adult and THB 9,250++ per child (5 – 11 yrs. old) apply.
New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner Deposit Policy (applicable for all bookings staying over 31st December 2023) requires 100% non-refundable deposit for the entire stay (including gala dinner charges, applicable service charge, and taxes).
The deposit is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Please Note: Children 0 – 4 years of age are complimentary, children 5-11 years NYE dinner is 50% off adult pricing, and any guest 12 years of age or older is subject to adult pricing. ++ service and tax will be applied.
