absolutely loved it here! unbelievably beautiful and the bungalows are so cute, the staff are amazing and very friendly. They are also flexible and helped us when we had an issue regarding dates. The restaurant is lovely and fairly priced especially the happy hour cocktails!

We loved Castaway’s location in regards to walking street and sunset beach. We enjoyed being able to wake up, watch the sunset from the property and the jump in the ocean for a swim or snorkel. The restaurant provided a great selection of delicious meals and the dive shop was handy for renting snorkels and kayak. They did a wonderful job cleaning our bungalow everyday (we stayed 5 nights).

Absolutely loved the bungalow feelings of the place. The rooms were very roomy and my room (which had the bathroom connected on the same floor) was super spacious, clean and easy to access. Also, room service was amazing. Somehow, after finishing my breakfast at the restaurant, I would come back to my made up bed and cleaned floor. The hotel does not provide water bottles (GOOD! What a waste of plastic) but instead provides an unlimited refillable glass jug of water that you can refill in your room. Also worth noting that their staff (mostly Burmese nationals) were absolutely amazing with their service.

I loved the natural environment, the bungalows hidden in the greens, and right on Sunrise beach which is beautiful though very short and there’s no room for chairs on the beach. I also loved its ecologically sustainable, the yoga classes and massages which make it great for total relax
